Extreme Build: Project Rog X99 Rampage V Extreme Core i7 5960X & GTX 980TI Strix SLI

First to mention this is not really a build log, the pc was ready and delivered already. However the whole process was recorded with Bengali voice over, so wanted to share an overview of this build in English. This build combines all the flagship components available by December 2015. Client wanted a rendering rig with highest horse power available. He had the budget and we delivered. However he did not wanted to go for water cooling solutions because of his lack of technical ability to maintain the loop and cleared that the difference water cooling solutions makes won’t be vital for his works.

Components

As already mentioned this build is assembled with almost all the flagship components available at market. Here goes the list of them,

No extra HDD was added because client wanted to add his own HDD’s later.

In this build, nothing was used other than a RGB LED strip to enhance the looks, we went with the black and red color scheme of Corsair 900D Super Tower with ASUS Rampage V Extreme.
